What to evaluate

• District and access: how the compound connects to the main axes and to the rest of Cairo.
• Developer and delivery: in a newer city, the developer track record and the realism of the delivery date carry extra weight.
• Unit type: the Capital offers apartments through to villas; match the type to your plan to live in it or hold it.
• Payment plan: introductory plans in a growing area can be flexible, so compare down payment and installments carefully.
• Running costs: include the maintenance deposit and service charge in your calculation.
